When you place an order, you need to provide confirmation of your status as a diplomat or member of an international organisation. An authenticated copy of your diplomatic/ service department or official passport is required in order to be able to grant the BMW diplomat price.

The down payment of 10% of the probable purchase price (payable to Park Lane Ltd) can be made in either Euros or Sterling by the following methods:

National specification relating to design and engineering vary therefore we require details of the temporary country of residence and final destination.

UK registration formalities
The required form C428 will be sent to you for completion and submission to the FCO before being returned to us.

An insurance cover note will also be required. For export registration, the required VAT documents will be supplied to you. These must be completed and returned to us.
