Our Diplomatic & Tax Free sales programmes are exclusively available to Embassy’s and Diplomatic missions and to accredited Diplomats and officially accredited Members of recognised International Organisations.

To qualify for our BMW Personal Ownership Program, individual Diplomats and members of International missions should be able to confirm that they are representing their country abroad for a period of at least one year and must provide confirmation of their status with special documents/passports. These are as follows:

	Diplomatic passport from the Foreign Ministry with accreditation certificate from the host country.
	Official passport issued by the Foreign Ministry with accreditation certificate from the host country.
	Laisser-passer/official passport from the UN or associated organisations.
	Ministerial passport.

Special identity documents issued by the Foreign Ministry or special identity document issued by the host country for members of international organisations, such as:

United Nations
	Main organisation with its departments and offices
	Specialist agencies and institations, er. ILO, UNESCO, ITU
	World Bank Group (IBRD) and IMF
European Union
	European Commission, Parliament, European Court
	Their executive bodies and institutions, e.g. ECB, ESC, EPO
	Their agencies, e.g. EMEA, Europol
Internationally Coordinated Organisations
	NATO
	OECD
	ESA
	WEU
	Council of Europe
Other International Organisations, e.g.
	CERN
	Interpol
	OSCE
	GTZ (German Association for Technical Cooperation)
